1️⃣Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG做咩？有咩龍頭代表？

⭕️Property：主要分為地產商、Real Estate Consultancy同Property Management 公司。咁當中當然以地產發展商MT嘅發展最好！一般Property Developer嘅工作分為賣樓部（Sales and Marketing）同租務部（Leasing），咁唔使講都知retail leasing目前一定係最受疫情影響！

🔺龍頭代表：新地同恒隆等本身都有開MT Program！

⭕️Conglomerates：即係公司業務跨行業嘅綜合型企業，不單業務種類多，大Conglomerates通常係國際大Brand，入到去做Exposure同Prospect都會好唔錯！

🔺龍頭代表：Swire、Jardines同MTR

⭕️FMCG：係Fast Moving Consumer Goods 嘅簡稱，意思係指日常生活入面嘅快速消耗品。因為產品嘅價錢唔會太高而又係生活嘅必需品，消費者係購買時會比較隨意，但係小數怕長計，加上消費者會一再回頭去買呢啲快速消耗品，所以係一個既穩定又有發展潛力嘅行業

2️⃣FY必報埋Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG嘅4大原因

⭕️所需Technical Knowledge無銀行業或Consulting咁深：無可否認，報Banking同Consulting時需要具備嘅行業同相關知識好多，如果之前完全無相關銀行經驗，對Non-Finance，甚至係Non-BBA同學嘅同學仔來說，都會比較難Pick up到相關知識。不過Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG所需要嘅行業、產品或Technical knowledge其實係會比較容易學嘅，入門難度無咁高

⭕️Job Ad會遲少少出：雖然我地成日話Recruitment Season係8月開始，但其實Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG會係大約10-11月先開始出Job Ad，簡而言之當你係8-9月做完投行同大銀行嘅申請後，到10月除左做面試外，開始會有時間報更多工，而Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG就係你唔可以錯過嘅申請啦

⭕️為自己建立更多Safety net：雖然有唔少同學一心一意係想入銀行，但我地唔能夠忽視係目前政治同經濟咁唔穩定嘅情況下，一定有唔少公司會cut headcount，而我地可以應對嘅方法就唯有係報多幾份工，保障自己！當中以FMCG更為明顯，就算經濟幾唔好，大家都一定要繼續買同用紙巾、洗頭水等嘅快消品，相信呢個行業嘅發展會比較穩定！

⭕️無Return Offer：係呀，你無睇錯！無Return Offer竟然都係必報原因！不過呢點僅限Final Year先有用！如果你係報緊Internship，當然要睇實邊間公司有Return Offer，但到左搵Grad Job時，其實報無Return Offer公司，反而代表左所有Headcount會留返俾你報！而Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG大部分都係無return offer （最多可能有fast track！）
