Summer 學D乜：可以準備IB/Bank/Property/Big4 Grad Trip & Intern

暑假除左返Intern，Exchange同玩，同學仔有時間可以自學下職場需要既Technical Knwoledge，等下年報Intern／MT既時候可以輕鬆啲。我地係呢篇Article會講唔同行業都需既專業知識同埋自學既方法。 如果你黎緊係Target： - iBank IBD: Valuation Modelling/ LBO Model /Accounting Knowledge/ M&A flow /DCM Flow - Corporate／Com bank: Credit Proposal /Financial Analysis /Cash Flow /Projection - Property: Retail or Office Marketing Strategy / Leasing Flow - Big4: Auditing Flow - Consulting: Business Model 另外，好多同學應該都聽過VBA /Excel /Bloomberg / 同埋最近新興既Programming toolPython, 如果想入Business或者Financial filed 就要學識幾個傍下身。 但同學面對上面咁大量專業名詞，可以係邊度同點學到？ 其實大學入面會有好多資源，不過宣傳不足所以好多同學仔都唔知。 如果同學Target Banking/ Finance，一定要識Bloomberg。大學入面會有Bloomberg Laboratory，開放俾同學去試 ，可能某D大學會麻煩D要預約先用到。 當你有接觸過Bloomberg，知道Bloomberg既基本功能，會有助你面試既時候突圍而出。 除此之外，同學要做下Research。係Google 打某個Key Term，網絡上已經有成千上萬既資料可以參考。但當中你需要花D時間做Sorting、Screening，但最緊要識得選擇合適既自己既資料。 如果你係想了解行業運作，坊間亦有不同既討論區，例如 Wall Street Oasis同Glassdoor。Wall Street Oasis主要係講iBank既Operation、Gossip、Life Style 或者D Insider News等。 另外，同學可以組成 Study Group，自己可能係Technical Skills比較強，其他同學可能比較Quantitative。大家準備Interview既時候互相幫忙，一齊拎到Office
