MT, accounting, banking 工,其實請人有冇性別歧視?

最近有個男仔報mt 工,不斷失敗,但好多女同學得咗。佢問係咪e家做女仔著數d。其實視乎工種⋯ Retail MT,例如Apple Store Leadership Program: 根據我地所知,過去果一年佢請左10個MT到,我地知道既己經有6個係女仔,分分鐘女仔既Head Count去到8到9成。另外,比較Popular既係DFS既MT,又係,差唔多全部都係女仔。 FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) 好似Unilever,P&G,Laurea 做Consumer Good既 MT: 佢地都係Prefer請女仔,最主要係因為一般公司會覺得女仔Communication Skills會較強,同埋佢地既Product 係Cosmetic,Clothings,呢D Product都係女仔會比較熟悉。 Banking: 男仔同女仔既比例比較Even。係Commercial Bank同Corporate Bank,而家會偏向請男仔,點解?因為有D Bank,好似BoC,佢地有Policy-如果女既RM出Trip,佢地唔可以單獨出Trip,一定要其他人陪同,所以係佢地既角度,佢地請女RM既Cost係會高好多。但係係Retail裹面,女仔既人數又會多D(特別係靚女),因為佢地係Relationship Building係比較強,而有錢人大部分係男人(你明的)。 Property MT: 男女分別不大。但根據過去經驗,新世界特別偏好請女MT。去年,近八成都係女仔 Investment bank: 男仔成功機會較高,因為較需要technical knowledge
